Shipping Policy

We use trusted courier partners for all deliveries across New Zealand (excluding PO Box addresses). Orders are sent on a tracked, non-signature service, and we aim to dispatch all orders by the next business day. Please note that couriers do not operate on weekends or public holidays, which may affect pickup and delivery times.

Delivery Timeframes
You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details. Delivery is generally expected within 2–5 working days, although delays may occur due to weekends, public holidays, or unforeseen courier disruptions.

 

Lost or Stolen Parcels
Once an order has been scanned as “delivered” by the courier, the parcel is considered successfully delivered and responsibility for the package passes to the customer. May Coffee Crew cannot be held liable for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your parcel, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbours, household members, or your property manager.

  • Contacting the courier company directly with your tracking number.

  • If theft is suspected, lodging a report with the courier and the local police.

We’re happy to assist you in following up with the courier, but please note that replacement or refund of stolen parcels is not guaranteed.
